# Rating your service visit

The quick rating link we send after a visit — how it works and where your feedback goes.

After we finish a job at your place — an install, a repair, a swap — we may
text or email you a quick link to rate how it went. It takes about five
seconds, and we read every single one.

## Leaving your rating

1. Tap the link in our message. The page asks one question — **"How was
   your visit?"**
2. Pick **1 to 5 stars**.
3. Optionally, add a comment: what stood out, good or bad. This is the
part we learn the most from.
4. Tap **Submit rating**.

## Where your feedback goes

Straight to us — the same small team that was just at your house. Ratings
aren't published anywhere; they're how we check our own work and coach
ourselves. If something went wrong, a low rating with a comment is the
fastest way to make sure the right person sees it, and we'll follow up.

{% callout type="success" title="Loved the visit?" %}
If you leave a great rating, the thank-you page offers a link to share a
public Google review. Totally optional — but as a local Kansas City
business, those reviews genuinely help us, and we appreciate every one.

## Good to know

- **One rating per visit.** Once you've submitted, the link shows a
thank-you instead of the form. Want to change or add to your rating?
Email us — the address is right on that page.
- **Links are good for 30 days.** After that the link expires; if you
still want to share feedback, just [contact us](/contact) — we always
  want to hear it.
- **No sign-in needed.** The link is unique to your visit and works on its
  own.
- **Not every job sends one.** Routine internal work doesn't ask for a
rating, so don't worry if a visit goes by without a link.

## Something wrong that a rating can't fix?

A rating tells us how a visit went — but if your equipment still isn't
right, don't wait for us to read it. Open a service request from
[your account](/account) and we'll get a fix scheduled. See
[Getting help from your account](/docs/your-account/getting-help-from-your-account).
