How fast can you deliver?
Usually 1–3 days. If I have your model in stock, sometimes same day.
What if my appliance breaks?
If it breaks from normal use, I fix or replace it within 72 hours — no charge. Accidental damage is a flat $125.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Nope. Month-to-month, always. Your payment hits the same day each month starting from your install date. I do not do long-term contracts because I would rather earn your business every month.
Is delivery and installation really free?
Yes — delivery, installation, testing, all free. Not a promo, just how I do it.
What do I pay upfront?
First month rent on installation day. No big deposit unless it is a specialty item.
How does payment work?
Credit or debit card. Auto-billed monthly on your install date. You do not have to remember — it just runs.
Where do you deliver?
The whole KC metro — Kansas and Missouri sides. Most of my deliveries go to Overland Park, Blue Springs, and Platte City, but I cover everywhere from Liberty to Raytown to Grandview.
Can I swap or upgrade my appliance?
Absolutely. No contracts means you can swap, upgrade, or return anytime. Just call me.
What types of buildings do you serve?
Houses, apartments, duplexes, townhomes — if it has a hookup, I can install. Third floor walk-up? I have done plenty of those.
What is included in the monthly price?
Everything. Delivery, installation, testing, and all maintenance for the life of your rental. The price you see is the price you pay.
