How fast can you deliver?
Most deliveries happen within 1–3 business days. You pick the date, I show up, install it, and make sure it works before I take payment.
Is delivery actually free?
Yes. No fuel surcharge, no mileage fee, no installation charge. I deliver, hook it up, test it, and leave. That's it.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope. Everything is month-to-month. No minimum term, no cancellation penalty. Call me and I'll pick it up — no questions asked.
Can I swap or return anytime?
Absolutely. Want a bigger fridge? Need to return a dryer? Just call. No fees, no paperwork, no hassle.
What if my appliance breaks?
If it stops working from normal use, I repair or replace it within 72 hours at no cost to you. That guarantee is in writing.
Who actually fixes it?
Me — Collin. There are no subcontractors or third-party repair crews. You deal with the owner every single time.
What do I pay upfront?
Just your first month's rent, collected on installation day after I confirm everything works. No large deposit required.
How does billing work?
Your card is charged automatically on the same day each month — the day I installed your appliance. No invoices to chase, no late fees.
What areas do you serve?
The full Kansas City metro: KC MO & KS, Overland Park, Olathe, Lee's Summit, Independence, Shawnee, Lenexa, Blue Springs, Liberty, Gladstone, Raytown, and surrounding areas within 50 miles.
Do you deliver to apartments?
Yes. Third floor walkup, tight staircase, narrow hallway — I've done it. If the appliance fits, I'll get it there.
