Accessibility

How we make this site work for everyone

Everyone should be able to browse, rent, and manage an appliance rental here — including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need motion kept to a minimum. This page explains what we do to make that true, and how to reach us when something gets in the way.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across this site. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a checkbox — new pages and features are checked against that standard as they ship.

What we do

Some of the concrete measures on this site:

  • The whole site works with a keyboard, including a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Pages use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can move through them.
  • Images and icons that carry meaning have text alternatives.
  • Animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
  • Text and interface colors are chosen for readable contrast.
  • The site is available in English and Spanish — switch anytime with the language menu.

Found a problem?

If any part of this site is hard to use with assistive technology — or anything else is in the way — tell us. A real person reads these messages, and accessibility fixes go to the top of the pile.

Compatibility

The site is built to work with current versions of major browsers and screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack). If your setup isn't working with it, we still want to know.
