Electric dryers only — I do not mess with gas hookups for rentals. Every dryer gets a full inspection before it goes out. I check the drum, the heating element, and the exhaust system.

At your place, I connect the vent, plug it in, and run a full heat cycle. I make sure the vent hose seals tight so you are not blowing hot air into your laundry room. Some apartments in KC have 1.5-inch drain tubes that barely fit standard connections — I bring adapters just in case.

Breaks down? I am back within 72 hours. No charge for normal wear and tear. The $30/mo covers everything.
