Invoices and receipts

Where to find every invoice, what the statuses mean, and how to download PDFs and receipts.

Every charge on your rental has an invoice behind it, and every invoice is yours to view and download any time.

Where invoices live

Invoices are kept with the rental they belong to:

  1. Open your account and tap the rental.
  2. Expand the Invoices section.
  3. You'll see every invoice for that rental, newest and most urgent first.

Each invoice shows its number, the billing period it covers, the due date, the total, and — if anything is still owed — the amount remaining.

What the statuses mean

StatusWhat it means
PaidAll settled — nothing to do.
OpenIssued but not yet paid. If it has a due date, you'll see it.
Past dueThe due date passed without full payment — a Pay button appears so you can settle it in one tap.
VoidedCancelled by us; you don't owe it.

Open and past-due invoices show a Pay button that charges your saved card for the remaining amount — see Making payments.

Downloading and viewing

Next to each invoice:

  • PDF downloads a copy for your records — handy for expense reports or bookkeeping.
  • View opens the full invoice page in a new tab, with every line item.

Receipts

You don't have to go looking for receipts: every successful payment gets a receipt emailed to you automatically, at the address on your account. The Payments section of each rental page keeps the same history — amount, date, and status — if you ever need to check a charge.

If a receipt needs to be re-sent or something on an invoice looks off, contact us or just reply to any receipt email — it lands with our team.

Deposits

If your rental includes a refundable deposit, it's spelled out in your rental agreement and shown on the rental's detail page. See Payments and billing for how deposits are handled.
