Managing your rentals

View as Markdown

Reading your rental list and statuses, and everything you can do from a rental's detail page.

Every rental on your account — pending, active, and past — has its own page with its details, invoices, payments, and documents.

The rental list

Open My rentals (or tap View all rentals on your account home). Rentals are grouped into:

  • Pending — on the way to active: under review, awaiting your signature, or waiting on delivery and install.
  • Active — installed and billing monthly.
  • Past rentals — completed, returned, or cancelled.

Each card shows the item, the rate, and its current status. Tap a card to open the rental.

What the statuses mean

Instead of jargon, each rental shows a plain sentence about where it stands. The ones you'll see most:

You'll seeWhat it means
Your agreement is ready to signSign it and we can activate your rental
Pending reviewWe're looking your order over and will reach out soon
Install pendingWe'll reach out to schedule your delivery

The rental detail page

The top of the page shows the item, the rate, the start date, and your agreement number. Below that, expandable sections:

  • Rental details — delivery address, agreement number, rate, deposit (and whether it's paid), start and end dates.
  • Invoices — every invoice for this rental with its status (Paid, Open, Past due, Voided), the amount, a PDF download, and a View link. Open invoices show a Pay button. See Invoices and receipts.
  • Payments — the payment history for this rental: amount, date, and status (Paid, Refunded, Failed).
  • Documents — once your agreement is signed, your signed rental agreement PDF lives here with a View link.

What you can do from here

  • Sign your agreement — if it's still waiting, a banner with a Sign agreement button sits right at the top.
  • Pay an open invoice — one tap on the Pay button charges your saved card. See Making payments.
  • Download your agreement or an invoice PDF for your records.
