Accepting a quote

View as Markdown

What the quote link we send you shows, how to accept or decline, and what happens after you say yes.

Rather talk it through than order online? We'll put together a quote and send you a private link by email or text. Everything happens right on your phone — no sign-in needed.

Opening your quote

Tap the link in our message. The quote page shows:

  • Your name and quote number at the top, plus any note we added.
  • Each item with its quantity and rate.
  • The recurring total — what you'd pay each billing cycle.
  • One-time amounts, if any: a refundable deposit or a delivery fee.
  • A "good through" date — quotes don't stay open forever, so the page tells you exactly how long this one is.

Accepting

  1. Look everything over. Questions? Just reply to the message we sent the link in — the quote stays open while we talk.
  2. Tap Accept quote.
  3. That's it. The page confirms we have your acceptance, and we'll reach out to schedule everything — delivery, install, and any paperwork that's still needed, like signing your rental agreement.

Accepting a quote doesn't charge you anything. As always, billing starts once your equipment is installed and working — see How renting works.

Declining

Not the right fit? Tap Decline… — you can add an optional note about why (a different size? price? timing?), which genuinely helps us do better. Changed your mind after declining? Just reply to our message and we'll take it from there.

Quotes have a shelf life. If yours has passed its good-through date, the page will say so — reply to our message and we'll send a fresh one. Prices occasionally change between quotes, so a new quote is the accurate one.

What comes after acceptance

Once you accept, the journey is the same as an online order: we confirm details, schedule your delivery window, install, and billing starts on install day. See Delivery and installation and Signing your rental agreement.
